dont use aramex if you have another options...a package from sharjah to jumeirah village which is only 1 hour to reach....after 10 days still the package at their origin facility.
My package was treated like shit to a point everything was opened and scattered... I know you send our shit to customs but you should follow up... Further more you are ripping us off with your everyday new rule and crap specially the new taxes you are placing on shipments, I now regret the day I started using aramex, cause I end up paying triple the price of an item just for you when it doesnt cost the same with other carriers

I was unsatisfied with the services of aramex, but after talking to them and reaching agreements to solve the problem, and how they handle the smallest issues all I can say now is that I as a client at aramex can be proud of aramex and for the changes they have made in keeping a promise to every client. thank you Feras and the aramex team
