I love Glady's Knight. She is such a wonderful woman and an inspiration. My husband and I eloped because he was going overseas and we wanted it done before he went. Before that happened this was what I'd planned to be our wedding song. If we ever get to have a ceremony, I would have much prefered this version instead. Gladys is one of my all time favorate singers. She's the only female vocalist that I know who has a very limited octave range but manages to do a lot more than many female singers, who has far more octave range than she does.

I love Gladys. she is fantastic. saw her in concert last year in Cardiff (in South Wales) an ambition of mine at last to see her. she was brilliant. her singers were so good and she had her brother on stage too. the audience loved it. I hope she comes back because it was billed as her farewell tour. with a voice like this she just cant say good bye.

I'm glad you like it. My twin brother Donald and I were asked by Tom and Donna to photograph their wedding back in July 2000. We just happened to bring some video equipment and captured the behind the scene stuff and the wedding.  Tom & Donna are still together today after 8 years so this song has even greater meaning. They still have a ways to catch up to me. I've been with my bride for 35 years and counting.
