I'd say Ashley is a much better spinner than Flatt, but Flatt is an overall stronger skater, because she skates with more energy and fluidity, and her programs are more complex and difficult.

Her speed into the jumps ... WOW. I mean, almost too fast. But, she just covers the ice so well. She has many Czisny qualities. Her spins are the best of the youngsters. I like her. :)
i think that mirai and ashley should ahve gone to vancouver cause rachael does not deserve to go she has a like really braty attatude and plus ashleys program was full of power and grace

At the 2008 World Figure Skating Championships in Goteburg, Sweden, Wagner finished sixteenth with a final score of 137.40. She finished eleventh in the short program (51.49) and fifteenth in the long program (85.91). She fell once in her free skate.
This was where our girls lost our chance to have 3 competitors at worlds.
The physical growth changes take their toll as young girls develop, .
@figureprincess11 at first i thought the same...but you have to take rachael's consistency into account...ashley mite not even make it to the top ten as shes quite dynamic in competitions...
She was absolutely beautiful. This was a performance with emotion and entertainment; Rachel Flatt's was not. Despite the 2 foots, this was one of my favorite performances of the night.

I think that Sasha and Ashely should have gone to Vancover i mean the iceskaters we have now are AMAZING but i think Sasha and Ashely are better.

i agree, ashley is more graceful than rachael and its not just becuz ashley is thinner. Ashley showed her personalitly in her routine better as well

Both Sasha and Ashley had their turns at worlds. Ashley could have made the difference last year, but she and the group did not place hight enough.
This year Mirai and Rachael have done a fantastic job.
