I can't believe how amazing Valerie looks in her new ad with the surf board. She looks like she did back in the 70's. How is that possible? On the show with the Angels, she looked over 50, and haggard. Now she looks 30 years younger. Did she have plastic surgery? I think it's a lot more than just weight loss. Eating well and taking good care of yourself both help a lot - but getting rid of Eddie was probably the best thing she did. That got rid of a ton of drama and depression.

Generally when you live a good portion of your life not eating and exercising and then lose 40 or so pounds, you still have the wrinkles and cellulite from losing, gaining and not eating right. She really does look 20 years old again. It's just weird to me. I was in Borders bookstore and I started reading her book and I COULD NOT put it down. It was very interesting, and yes, the book was for Wolfie and it probably was very awkward hearing about his moms first time or whatever you wanna call it. But still, it's very interesting and I very much would like to buy it. But boy is it pricey! $27.95! Very good book though. I love her, she's funny and awesome.
There's one huge difference. Valerie does admit to doing some drugs with Eddie in private, but in her public life she was always professional. She never got arrested for drunk driving, was never photographed getting out of a car without underwear on, never appeared on an awards show high as a kite, and always showed up to work on time. And she was smart enough to stop doing coke when she realized it made her sick, instead of going in and out of rehab countless times.

so mutant tell me why the book was not released, at the beginning of the van halen tour which started last year 2007. After all it is the same tour which has been lengthened. This would be prime for cross promotion not half way through the tour. At the same time in january 2008 valerie was getting her highschool diploma... hmm then her book comes out. I was in Borders bookstore and I started reading her book and I COULD NOT put it down. It was very interesting, and yes, the book was for Wolfie and it probably was very awkward hearing about his moms first time or whatever you wanna call it. But still, it's very interesting and I very much would like to buy it. But boy is it pricey! $27.95! Very good book though. I love her, she's funny and awesome.

There's one huge difference. Valerie does admit to doing some drugs with Eddie in private, but in her public life she was always professional. She never got arrested for drunk driving, was never photographed getting out of a car without underwear on, never appeared on an awards show high as a kite, and always showed up to work on time. And she was smart enough to stop doing coke when she realized it made her sick, instead of going in and out of rehab countless times.

For a quite a while he looked like an eternally youthful boy even in the nineties. As far as the marriage is concerned if you listen to valerie that failure is both of their faults. I have always adored her, but I have even more respect for her for being able to talk about all of the things she did so openly and honestly and lay it all out there.
She looks great and truly happy ~ she has that "sparkle" in her eyes & I'm glad she found a new boyfriend ~ and that Eddie found a new girlfriend ~ but most of all I am happy that they get along and are friends now for the sake of their son.
