I love the gt500, but what I don't get is why it is going for 10-20k over retail to buy one. Some dealers are selling the gt500 for 60k. Why? And why do they run the same quarter mile times and the same 0-60 times as the 03 cobra that it replaced? For me it was a no brainer, spend 60,000 for a gt500 or 25,000 for an 03 cobra that has the same performance? But it is still an incredible car, lots of upgrade potential. Enjoy the car.

Gt500 = 500hp.
Dealers in Pa are selling them for 70k+
Not worth it, until they are retail price, but they are beautiful cars.
