Fantastic composition whoever composed this tune. Credits to that music director of the film SwarasatiChandra. Anupam Amod, the singer of this remake version, happens to be a fantastic singer with a very appealing voice. The remake is fine except that nigger rapping in the background. These niggers changed the concept of music the 'bad' way. What the hell is he doing there. Is that music? This is raga kalyani by the way. The immensely powerful raga! Almost divine...
If you think one can never remake a song, listen to 'Khaike' from new don.. SEL did complete justice to the old version.. They didn't add any annoying elements, instead they added their own twists and you know the result! :)

This is absolutely terrible! I can't believe they find it artistic to rip off such a beautiful classic and turn it into some money making flop. Some of the remixes by Bally Sagoo are adaptations with original music, this is just crap! I'm utterly disgusted!
guess what.... because of this remix this classic original actually has a basis among the youth today and its an awesome song today because of it. otherwise like almost all great songs of the past this would be dead along with the people that found the love of their lives listening to this song. not that i dont like gazals, i love them. hell i think i love this better than the originial cause it speaks to the generation today ps...(specially my girlfriend after she saw this on youtube).
