  • Yeah man!!!! Mondays are friggin rough as hell!!!! I always push myself hard and... well... get a little nauseous. And yeah, ab ripper X is an insane workout. Keep bringin it hard and you'll see the gains! Just make sure you're getting enough protein!!! Nice work man!

  • Thats right, keep bringin it! I find easy when i seperate my ab routine. I did shoulders and arms in the morning and ab ripper x when i got home from work.
