NJ RESIDENTS: Change New Jersey change the Nation.
DON'T VOTE FOR DAGGETT, he does not have a chance in winning. The only way to effect change is to get rid of the incumbent. And the best way to get rid of Corzine is to vote Christie. This will shake up Washington. A change in governorship in Virginia and Jersey will scare the powerbrokers in DC. You can bet on it.
A vote for Daggett just helps Corzine stay in office. Don't waste your vote. Make your vote count. Vote for Christie.
badtown, it is obvious you are a leftist. Yeah I know. You want Corzine to win. So you are encouraging moderates and conservatives to vote Daggett cause you know it will help Corzine. You are a fraud.
People are fed up Democrats. You guys are going down. If New Jerseyans are stupid enough to vote the status quo, they deserve their high taxes and out of control spending. But at least the rest of the nation is waking up.
Sorry Slick if the Republicans would have run a Real Republican instead of a Rino then I would be voting for him, We are sending a message, stop running Rino's in NJ. we will no longer vote for the lesser of evils. Why didn't the GOP put their support behind Lonagan?
Actually pretty damn good. the Ron Paul Campaign woke up a lot of people to what the Republican party has become. The Liberals have become the Progressives & the Republicans have either become democrat lite, like christie, or Neocons.Ron Paul was the only candidate that ran on the Republicans platform of No Nation Building & Fiscal Responsibility. I Enjoy watching those old debates where Ron warned of the coming Economic collapse & your candidate Cluelessly laughed at him...........
Sorry, but just like the Republicans that ran in 2008 Christy is just as Clueless. if Christie was Running on a Strong Republican Platform you wouldn't be here trying to gather Party Loyalty, Daggett wouldn't even be a threat, hell Daggett probably wouldn't even be Running.
Again, Sorry Slick, Give me a real republican to vote for.
Ron Paul Lost the Election but is winning the Voters. Watch as the Neocons are Voted Out & the Traditional Republicans are voted in. you can watch the Progress for yourself at campaignforliberty if you choose. we'll peel the party like an Onion. it's happening now, choose your side. do you want to keep the status quo of fiscal irresponsibility & warmongering, the liberals would love to have you. or would you like to return to the Traditional Republican Values?
BTW I see your subscribed to Peter Schiff, how much do you know about him? you do know he was a financial adviser for Ron Paul. Maybe you laughed becouse you've been conditioned to believe we need it. even if Huckabee won with the fair tax where is the need for the IRS? since it would do away with the Federal Income tax. that alone would save a huge amount of money. Do you know much about our History? Why we have a federal Income tax & an IRS? look up what also happened that same year.(1913)
I hope New Jersey PROVES this election that the money people don't always get to win....Corzine spent 40 million dollars to buy his seat in the last election - who can compete with that kind of cash? Daggett has 20% even with his small budget.....I'm going to give him my vote. Daggett for Governor ---- GO GO GO..!!!!
Daggett voters are just pissing their vote away. The point of an election, lets be grown up here, is to put the person you agree with more in office and keep the person you disagree with most out.
Elections are not about proving a point. Elections are about actually putting somebody in office. Daggett has no chance. Daggett is doing all he can to hand this election to Corzine. Suckers.
You're an idiot. Daggett has criticized Corzine far more than he's criticized Christie. Enjoy being another partisan moron. Just remember that people like you are what's holding this country back.
Sorry son, but you are the idiot. You are the one pissing your vote away for a sure loser. The time you spend voting for this mental midget will be time you wasted and will never get back.
I didn't say I vote along party lines. What I did say was that elections are about putting the person you most agree withh in office and keeping the person you least agree with out of office. That is what I posted. Instead of calling the irony police, maybe we should call a reading comprehension teacher to help you out. If you want to throw your vote away, go ahead. Maybe folks in NJ are just numb from all the corruption the Democrats have exposed them to. Corzine thanks you.
OK...lets go through this so slow so that even you can understand it. Too bad I can't write in crayon, it would probally make it easier for you.
Chris Daggett can't win. Get it? 15-19% wont win a three way race. So....the only real choice is Corzine or Christe. One of those two will be the next govenor. Not Daggett. Like I said, it is about ELECTING the one you agree with most and keeping out the person you agree with less. Notice the word ELECTING. Daggett is unelectable.
That's what they said about Jesse Ventura in Minnesota. What a wonderful message you're putting forth: Don't vote for the person you like, vote for the lesser of 2 evils. And you call me stupid.
Would you rather me vote for Corzine? 'Cause quite frankly I'd rather see him win.
A little history lesson is in order here. In 1998 Ventura was tied with Humphrey and Coleman at this point of the campaign. Daggett is nowhere near that. I realize you are still young and unreasonably idealistic at this point (you will get over it) but yes, sometimes it is the lesser of two evils. That is just reality. When you grow up you will find this out
If you would rather see Corzine win go ahead and vote for Nader, whoops! I mean Daggett.
"I realize you are still young and unreasonably idealistic at this point (you will get over it)"
Spoken like a true Republican. Yea idealism sure is overrated. Thank god Mother Theresa, Ghandi, MLK, and yes, even Ronald Reagan got over their idealism before they could do anything to change the world. What a relief.
You really think the four people you mentioned didn't make compromises from time to time? WOW! Now that is naive. I would suggest you read up on the people you mentioned.
Or Maybe you don't get it, We want STRONG Traditional Republican values in our Republican Candidate, not a Democrat Lite. We are tired of getting screwed by the democrats, 4 years later screwed by a "Rino" then 4 years of a democrat again. if Daggett is the spoiler, then so be it. at least we will only have to wait 4 more years till you run a Republican, maybe this time it will be a real Republican & not a Dem. lite.
Christie is conservative enough for me. The type of Republican you are looking for can't win a statewide race in NJ. Prehaps you should move to Idaho.
I see you are a Ron Paul person so I get that you like lost causes.
Your right about moving, we're favoring Alaska though. NJ is the East coast version of Ca, HMMM I wonder if they're covering our financial condition up until after the elections. after the property owners & businesses leave the state you'll be left with the blood sucking democrats & the taxes. see how you like mediocrity then.
All I am saying is that Christie is a step in the right direction. The state just can't afford 4 more years of Corzine. I would rather take steps in the right direction than more steps backward.
I understand what your sayin', I've been voting for every republican since I was old enough to vote. Right now you could run a grapefruit with a wig on & it would beat corzine & the best we could come up with is Christie? a dem lite.he's not going to do anything about property taxes, car insurance or Illegal Immigration. the 3 most important issues,.taking steps will only get us 4 & out. we need someone who, after 4 years, is going to show real results.
I just tried to post a message on a Corzine Campaign video and it is "Pending Approval". I guess Corzine only wants favorable message on his video. Censorship pisses me off.
As for Daggett, he is just another tax and spend politician. Another Corzine. And a wasted vote. Vote Christie if for no other reason than to tell Trenton you are fed up with the waste and fraud.
You're an idiot. Cristie does the same thing on his channel. Christie is a fat fuck who could be worse than Corzine. Stop voting for these 2 bankrupt parties!!!
Who are you kidding clown. A vote for Daggett is a vote for Corzine. If you truly hate both parties than you would vote for Christie because then at least you would have a split government. One party controlling the legislature, the other the Governorship. Somewhat less damage that way. Daggett is a wasted vote, don't be a fool.
Don't call me a fool. I'm not the one compromising my beliefs for the hope of a split government. A vote for Daggett is not a vote for Corzine, it's a vote for something different in this corrupt state. It's really too bad you don't see that.
Does Daggett have a chance of winning? We both know the answer to that. It's a wasted vote. A vote for Corzine means business as usual. A vote for Daggett means Corzine could win and you have the same result, business as usual. A vote for Christie means neither side has the upper hand and both sides are weakened. If you don't like either party, then your only option is to weaken them. Because Dagget as Governor is not an option, it won't happen. So weaken them by voting for Christie.
The only reason Daggett doesn't have a chance of winning is due to partisan voters like yourself. Minnesota elected an Independent governor why can't we??? I would NEVER vote for Christie.
If Daggett had a chance, I'd consider voting for him. Ventura was popular and leading in the polls. Since the election is only weeks away, Daggett is a throwaway vote.
By the way, I went to a Christie video and noticed comments were disabled. This is far different than Corzine, you go through the trouble of writing a comment and then you have to wait for some Corzine lackey to approve it. And they won't approve it unless it is favorable. Either let comments post or disable them.
Either way both the D's & the R's don't want debate on their boards. this should wake you up. so you come here & try to tell the people Voting for Daggett to vote for Christie, Why? what Policy does Christie have that will better the life of Property owners & Businesses in NJ? That he's not a Democrat? What's the difference they share most of the same policies (what little they've talked about).
No Sparky the Exit Polls don't say he has a real chance. You don't even know what an Exit Poll is, they are polls conducted after people have left the polls. The latest polls show Corzine around 40, Christie a few points below Corzine, and Daggett far far behind with about 15%. There is no way Daggett is going to make up that much ground to win. Live in the real world jackass.
When Daggett comes in third, and if I remember, I will make a point of coming back and rubbing your face in it.
Why Vote for an R to replace a D? because that's the only difference we will get. that's what we have got in the past & if we let this continue, that's what we will get in the future.
do you really think by running a Dem lite you are going to steal votes from the Dem's? What Your Doing is Pissing off Traditional Republicans.
If I gave you three choices, a lottery ticket you have a 2 million in 1 chance of winning a million and if you lose you get nothing, $1000 right now, or $100 right now... which would you choose?
I don't know about you, but I'd take the $1000. Well Dagget hasn't even got a 2 mil to 1 chance, his chances are zero. And your vote won't send a message to no one. At least Christie talks about cutting spending, we know Corzines record. And Christie a neocon? This is state politics, it's no worry.
Work to change the Republican party. don't work to split the vote so the GREATER evil wins everytime. Every REAL Republican voted in can do more good than one independent.
that's what I'm doing by Voting for Daggett, If he wins I get the best of the 3 as Governor. if he looses the Republicans get my message to run a real Republican next time. By Accepting Christie you encourage the Republicans to continue giving us weak Republicans. Sorry you don't agree but it's time to make a stand before our party is totally destroyed.
There's no such thing as a waste of a vote. I'll be voting for the only non-corrupt candidate in the race, Chris Daggett. If you want to vote for the fat lying slob Christie just because he's not Jon Corzine that's fine, but don't expect any great change in Trenton. They're both working for the same people.
So what you're saying is that I shouldn't vote for the candidate I believe in, but I should vote for Chris Christie because he's not Jon Corzine? Is that what you're saying???
I really hope this is not the only ad Chris Daggett will be running out. The odds are against him, and he needs to come out wailing away if he wants to pull this off. I'm right behind you in Georgia, Chris.
Corzine's and Christie's negative campaigns and the records they cite could turn off most of 'Jersey's electorate. To fight that, you have just enough time to talk up this guy, for better or for worse, until that first Tuesday in November. If there is truth in propaganda, Daggett should bang both their heads together with help of voters othewise turned off by the leading brands. What a precedent that could set against these disgusting circumstances!
He CAN win if everyone stops impaling themselves on the sword of party lines. I am a registered Democrat and Daggett is getting my vote. If we ALL decide on voting the RIGHT way for a change, just maybe NJ can get ouf of the cesspool that it has been lumped into by all these career politicians!
Good commercial. But voting for Daggett will only help Corzine to stay in office 4 more years since Daggett cannot win but will take votes away from Christie. And 4 more years of Corzine will be a disaster.
I'm sorry, but he cannot win. And we cannot have Corzine for four more years. So I will be voting Christie who will bring at least some positive change to the state.
Don't you see how nonsensical that attitude is? Christie would be no better than Corzine. He has no record and he's a hothead. Corzine has been a disaster and Christie will be no different. For god's sake, vote Daggett and stop this b.s.
Nonsensical? With 40 days left before the election, Daggett cannot garner 30-40 percent of the vote, especially when at least 60% of the public are committed partisans. He cannot win. Christie will help to wipe out some of the corruption in the state and at least will attempt to put together budgets and policies that are more people and employment friendly than the tax and spend disaster that we have.
I know he can't win, but why is that? Could it be because people like you won't vote for him? Christie won't do anything. He's wrong on almost all the issues and the only reason he's probably going to win is because he's not Corzine. Why do people accept medocrity? Is it so wrong to want something more?
You know he can't win. and will take votes away from Christie who was not a mediocre US Attorney. Corzine is terrible. I don't want to endure 4 more yrs. of Cozine. Ice cream may be better than salad, and way better than spinach. But you're still getting a vegetable even if you eat ice cream. Eat the ice cream and the salad will be gone, and you'll be stuck with spinach.
You lost me on that metaphor. Bottom line is Christie sucks. Why do you want me to vote for a hack just because he's slightly less of a hack than Corzine??? He won't be any better than Corzine, I guarantee it.
You don't get the metaphor? Corzine = spinach. Vote for Daggett you're still going to get either Christie or Corzine, and you know that. Corzine is awful. Christie may be good. Why vote for a guy who'll lose if t may cause you to have four more years of Corzine. It's cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Problem is that the public always talks about political gridlock and how nothing ever gets done, but then they never vote for a third party. Hopefully that will change over time. I'm for Daggett all the way and I hope he at least makes a statement in the election.
How did this guy only get 5%?

Work to change the Republican party. don't work to split the vote so the GREATER evil wins everytime. Every REAL Republican voted in can do more good than one independent.
jtravis282 2 years ago
that's what I'm doing by Voting for Daggett, If he wins I get the best of the 3 as Governor. if he looses the Republicans get my message to run a real Republican next time. By Accepting Christie you encourage the Republicans to continue giving us weak Republicans. Sorry you don't agree but it's time to make a stand before our party is totally destroyed.

That ad was incredibly cheesy....

There's no such thing as a waste of a vote. I'll be voting for the only non-corrupt candidate in the race, Chris Daggett. If you want to vote for the fat lying slob Christie just because he's not Jon Corzine that's fine, but don't expect any great change in Trenton. They're both working for the same people.
badtown88 2 years ago
So what you're saying is that I shouldn't vote for the candidate I believe in, but I should vote for Chris Christie because he's not Jon Corzine? Is that what you're saying???
badtown88 2 years ago
It's only a 2 party system because of MORONS. Why in the hell would you want to live in a country where your only choices are A or B???
badtown88 2 years ago
Very well done. Says a lot in a short video.
rpmorganpe 2 years ago
Good! I'm glad he is. Christie is a windbag. Corzine isn't any better.
Nedsdag 2 years ago
Exactly. I don't know why people assume that all people who hate Corzine are going to automatically vote for Chris Christie. That guy is a joke.
badtown88 2 years ago
If you hate Corzine then you should vote for Christie just to send a message.
jtravis282 2 years ago
You're missing the point. I hate Christie just as much.

Most democrats in nj are hesitant to support corzine due to his failed record. So Daggett is sure to steal alot of voes from corzine.

I don't like negative campaigning, but this entertains me.
It doesn't really matter though. I don't live in New Jersey.
mustang6172 2 years ago 2
I really hope this is not the only ad Chris Daggett will be running out. The odds are against him, and he needs to come out wailing away if he wants to pull this off. I'm right behind you in Georgia, Chris.

Can you post this as a video response to tomorrow's episode of FastLaneDaily?
(their youtube channel is FastLaneDaily, they are a daily 5-minute show about cars, and the host is from NJ
bottomlayer 2 years ago
Corzine's and Christie's negative campaigns and the records they cite could turn off most of 'Jersey's electorate. To fight that, you have just enough time to talk up this guy, for better or for worse, until that first Tuesday in November. If there is truth in propaganda, Daggett should bang both their heads together with help of voters othewise turned off by the leading brands. What a precedent that could set against these disgusting circumstances!

Drop out of the race. You are only stealing votes away from Christie. You don't have a prayer in the world to win this thing.

Well he's the choice of people who don't bow down to party lines. Too bad you're part of the problem.

Keep stealing votes from Christie!

We can say the same for Christie, Drop Out of the race your only stealing Votes from Daggett!!!

Good commercial. But voting for Daggett will only help Corzine to stay in office 4 more years since Daggett cannot win but will take votes away from Christie. And 4 more years of Corzine will be a disaster.
billbuxlegs 2 years ago
If you feel that way, then I would strongly encourage you to watch my newest video: "Chris Daggett responds to what's on everyone's mind"
This has Chris addressing that exact concern and it's worth your time to watch.
nfsomers 2 years ago
I'm sorry, but he cannot win. And we cannot have Corzine for four more years. So I will be voting Christie who will bring at least some positive change to the state.
billbuxlegs 2 years ago
Don't you see how nonsensical that attitude is? Christie would be no better than Corzine. He has no record and he's a hothead. Corzine has been a disaster and Christie will be no different. For god's sake, vote Daggett and stop this b.s.
badtown88 2 years ago
Nonsensical? With 40 days left before the election, Daggett cannot garner 30-40 percent of the vote, especially when at least 60% of the public are committed partisans. He cannot win. Christie will help to wipe out some of the corruption in the state and at least will attempt to put together budgets and policies that are more people and employment friendly than the tax and spend disaster that we have.
billbuxlegs 2 years ago
I know he can't win, but why is that? Could it be because people like you won't vote for him? Christie won't do anything. He's wrong on almost all the issues and the only reason he's probably going to win is because he's not Corzine. Why do people accept medocrity? Is it so wrong to want something more?
badtown88 2 years ago
You know he can't win. and will take votes away from Christie who was not a mediocre US Attorney. Corzine is terrible. I don't want to endure 4 more yrs. of Cozine. Ice cream may be better than salad, and way better than spinach. But you're still getting a vegetable even if you eat ice cream. Eat the ice cream and the salad will be gone, and you'll be stuck with spinach.
billbuxlegs 2 years ago
You lost me on that metaphor. Bottom line is Christie sucks. Why do you want me to vote for a hack just because he's slightly less of a hack than Corzine??? He won't be any better than Corzine, I guarantee it.
I vote with my conscience.
badtown88 2 years ago
You don't get the metaphor? Corzine = spinach. Vote for Daggett you're still going to get either Christie or Corzine, and you know that. Corzine is awful. Christie may be good. Why vote for a guy who'll lose if t may cause you to have four more years of Corzine. It's cutting off your nose to spite your face.
billbuxlegs 2 years ago
I'll vote Christie when he changes his stance on abortion.
badtown88 2 years ago
It's less than a month before the election, and Daggett has gained momentum from the debates and Newark Star-Ledger endorsing him.
Those who are undecided voters, which are plenty of them right now, can just as easily push the button for Daggett.
flapjackrabbit 2 years ago
im voting for him

Now if we can only get rid of the "good old boy" two party system and get Chris elected!
Liserdd 2 years ago
Problem is that the public always talks about political gridlock and how nothing ever gets done, but then they never vote for a third party. Hopefully that will change over time. I'm for Daggett all the way and I hope he at least makes a statement in the election.
