This "Statue of Liberty" is actually a face of Hillary Clinton with a hot coffee in her hand.

Due to the fact that in 2005 when the "GTA SA" were sold for PCs, there was a mod called "hot coffee" where you can have sex in the game.

This became a huge problem in the US and Hilary created a law called "Family Entertainment Protection Law". Also later on, she tried to pass a law for having a consenquence if mature games were sold to a minor though it didnt pass.
