Ok hmm, but you are sure if you have typed right cheat, and if that dosent work I think you shold go on like to spawn some people on 'More' or so, then you gonna go and pick witch, this is just one of many ways to get witch

just get up the menu then press 'Make me know everybody' , something like that, if that isnt there then I dont know
