It wasn't as expensive as you might think. I got the throw up larry through a connection at a halloween store for under $100 which is the usual cost. I actually cant think of any props in last years haunt that were over $100. Most of the life size characters were in the $50-75 range. Some I made on my own like the Pinhead and Michael Myers...

I'm lucky enough to work at a company that not only allows me to do a yearly haunt in one of the conference rooms, but they also let me keep some of the props in a storage room! I've been there for years and its a great place. I prefer not to mention the name, but thanks for checking out the video!
