i want to sign up for the lacrosse team where i live and i was wondering if anyone could give me some insight>?

um well, on my team, there really isnt any contact, like @Gallop1234 said, so there usually isnt a point in weighing urself down with all of those pads and things like that unless ur a goalie. but there is sometimes going to be a mistake, like when a girl on my team got checked in the head, and ended up with a concussion.

my team only wears goggles and mouth guards... Maybe u two r thinking of guys lacrosse in girls there is no real contact like in guys... Thats why!!! And the goggles protect your eyes from the ball and the stick of other players.
