Why should any1 go easy on her? The entire point is to hear the person being interviewed, not the interviewer. Plain and simple, she talked entirely too much and she should have let the conversation flow more organically and added points when necessary. She was all wrong.

Okay... Everyone should know that her job isn't easy... she has to reign people in if they're taking too much time talking about something...sometimes it comes across as bossiness. She likely had a few talking points that she wanted to touch on within the allotted time for the interview, so that it's well rounded. She could have definitely controlled the conversation a lot more politely, but give her a break!
