What he don't understand is that the cuts he are talking about will impact the whole american economy, and they have to be done gradually (or it will collapse). You can't go cold turkey with this, because it's an ecosystem. The first thing they need to do is limit the funding that don't flow back to america (through companies and people). The FED actually owe the taxpayers money. Why? The constitution states only Congress can coin money. Yet that privilege has been passed onto the FED which is not part of our government. The FED is a private institution. So why is the FED allowed to coin money out of thin air and then charge an interest on that debt to the taxpayers.
