  • Great video!

  • the wooly bugger and mickey finn are good on the blackstone and in the spring on the blackstone try nymphs

  • could you please tell me what flies to use on little rivers for cuthroat rainbows and brownys

  • are these stocked? and i was wondering, what are some good flies to use on RI streams? especially northern Ri like cumberland and Burriville

  • Yes they are stocked. These are all brookies and there maybe some rainbows and browns mixed in. to start of i would use stoneflies nymph fishing. the brookies will also hit some big dry flies in bright colors like orange that make a lot motion on the surface. but I would start off with the stoneflies 12 to 16 at first. Then move to something big if that doesnt work ontill some mayfly hatches start.
