@729Drew that's my neighbors pretty much every fcking night of the whole damn year. just add heavily drunken parties and extremely loud music that you can hear from 2-3 streets away.
I can only compare this to when i was skating-trying to do a hardflip in the sidewalk in front of my house the neighbor threatnd to call the cops if i didnt go inside

You are taught to snich in America starting in Kindergarten and all through high school, In Europe youre taught to mind your own buisiness, and teachers punish you for sniching on things that have no harm against you.

I think it's really what you're being taught at home, shit, my parents always told me to mind my business saves trouble for everybody, but then again you've got those "Upstanding" citizen wannabe's that teach their kids to have a telephone glued to their head to report "suspicious" activity, when it's really just recreational to the party in question.

I remember being 8 years old & they brought some cops to school for the DARE program & they told all the kids that they should tell on people who are involved with drugs - even their own PARENTS. I thought "What the fuck is this dumb shit? Snitches get stiches in my neighborhood you dumb fuckers... mind your business." but I'm sure a couple of those kids were easily brainwashed & became cop calling cry baby snitches just like the neighbors that Adam Carolla has.
