Don't use Listerine, Use a mouthwash that actually contains Fluoride. Listerine's small amount of fluoride does not help, is almost equal the amount fluoride that's in tap water. So find one with at least 0,2% Fluoride.

I love Listerine. Love it, love it, love it. I use the stuff around 10-12 times a day and like it in my mouth for around 3 minutes. Then I brush my teeth for about 30 minutes before I spit it out. There is something so intensely addictive about the burn. The only complaint I have is that they can't make it stronger.
