it's really hard to play it on the piano, expecially parts like 0:57 to 1:00. i still can't find it on my keys ;)

anyway, Over Ødemark is the best of Wongraven. so mysterious and atmospheric.

(in fact the only Satyricon album I appreciate are Dark Medieval Times and The Shadowthrone. I like Nemesis Divina less, and I despise what they did afterward).

its not very norwegian-folk related, but has a "trollish" feel that fits our landscape. i think "dark ambient" fits way more than "folk ambient" which would imply a connection to actual folk music, which it doesnt have.

Well, it fits in with 19th century classical music - it sounds pretty nationalistic, and while not folky or medieval, it sounds like a desire for it.
