I. No, it isn't like that, because in a restaurant, people are paying money to go there and telling everyone in there HEY THIS SUCKS is being a complete jerk and trying to take money away from people who are actually working to earn it. No one is paying to watch this video.

II. It may not be necessary, but it is protected, at least in the United States, by the Bill of Rights. If I want to come onto a YouTube video and say that I think it's bad, I can.

So when somebody says 'thats not music' (which is what i replied to in my last comment) isnt that contradicting the subjective nature of musical taste? Walk into a restaurant of a different culture and tell the people in there what they eating isnt proper food, isnt that just pure ignorance and a display of bad manners?
