I really want to know what the point of the 3D logo building up is to reveal the title if you're going to throw the title out in plain text anyway. The reason this scroll across the words in The Terminator worked was because it was building up to the reveal of the words forming completely into THE TERMINATOR... Botched nostalgia driven mess. T1 and T2 FTW, the rest of it is just garbage.

They should have done what they did for T2 and T3. Remix the real theme with new instrumentation, to match the feel. I don't think Danny Elfman writes memorable themes, so he shouldn't have changed it this much.

This only even barely sounded like a Terminator theme until the last like, 5 seconds. xD

@mexicanguy43 Yeah, it really reminds me of that too! The thing about T4 is that it is like 80% good, the action is good, effects, actors and everything. But the story isn't completly true to what Cameron said things like 'the camps' etc. are cool and everything but I would have liked the movie more if it was more like T1 and T2, but still I didn't think it was a waste of money. And the soundtrack... it's awesome, it is a more 'apocalyptic' version of the Terminator Theme... that's awesome :)

T1 was great, T2 was epic , T3 was only worth it because Kristanna Loken was in it. Terminator Salvation was actually pretty good IMO. James Cameron is great but he's not exactly the best, yes he was the creator of Teinator but even he doesn't want to direct T5 nor T6. Anyways, can't wait for the T1000 and the TX.

T1 will always be my personal favourite. I think T2 is overrated; not bad, just not the masterpiece a lot of people see it as. And T3 is underrated. Not great, but not as bad as everyone thinks it is.
