The ride isn't even scary though, it's more like shocking. You really don't expect the speed, and you don't get a chance to notice the height. You don't even get the 'stomach dropping' feeling down the hill. The speed is the best part, and in the front, the wind in your face is just unbelievable. Even after riding it over 10 times in the front row, it always surprises me. I rid it once in the back, and I didn't like it as much...So I recommend the front.

OH MY GODD!!!!!!!!!!!! for anybody asking, this is the absolute best rollarcoaster freakin ever!!!!!!!!! ive been to about 100 theme parks and this is my all time favorite ride out of all of them! you actually going a lot faster than it looks.. i think it takes off at 122mph, and the hill part is 400something feet high. but how the heck are you talking normally through this? even on my 15th time i was still screaming my head off and then i choked on my gum! lol
In my opinion the drop on this is easier on the body/stomach than Millennium Force. I don't know if it's a more natural free-fall feeling or the spinning but it's a very natural feeling.

I remember when this ride first came out the car would get stuck at the top ever once in a while, and the passengers would have to come down backwards to start over. LoL. I always wanted it to happen to me so I could get two rides in a row.

@jldc072100 I went to Cedar Point yesterday , and even though I was too scared to go on it , I knew it was pretty scary . I was watching some people go , and one girl was like , hyperventilating (sp?) and holding on to her friends hand , and everyone screams the minute it starts going .
I thought Millennium Force was a lot better. For some reason, I didn't think waiting 2 hours for a ride not even more than 20 seconds was that fun. haha. At least I can say I rode the second fastest roller coaster in the world. Probably going to try the Kingda Ka before summer ends.

I remember when this ride first came out the car would get stuck at the top ever once in a while, and the passengers would have to come down backwards to start over. LoL. I always wanted it to happen to me so I could get two rides in a row.

@mustangmom27 I went on it yesterday. It said the wait time was an hour and 15 mins. We waited only 15 minutes.

@cocoaeclipse yah kingda ka is the same design except about 30 feet taller and there is a second hill at the end. Kingda Ka is the tallest and fastest in the world

@jldc072100 I went to Cedar Point yesterday , and even though I was too scared to go on it , I knew it was pretty scary . I was watching some people go , and one girl was like , hyperventilating (sp?) and holding on to her friends hand , and everyone screams the minute it starts going .

I thought Millennium Force was a lot better. For some reason, I didn't think waiting 2 hours for a ride not even more than 20 seconds was that fun. haha. At least I can say I rode the second fastest roller coaster in the world. Probably going to try the Kingda Ka before summer ends.

@nuts4canobie no they didnt, cedar point's TTD was around before your precious kingda ka. and kingda ka has shoulder harnesses, while TTD has lap bars :)

@nuts4canobie an extra speed hill? that hill slows the coaster down smartass. when TTD comes over it's hill, it's coming down at 120mph until it reaches the finish line. i'm glad it doesnt have a hill, that's gay.

haha i dont understand why people are afraid of this ride.. you dont feel anything. i always go on at night.. so its always beautiful seeing the fireworks and lights.. its soo boss nasty. i lovee this ride.

@66cartoe This is the second tallest coaster in the whole world, and the second fastest. So unless you're going to ride the Kinda Ka in New Jersey, you won't find anything faster or taller than this coaster because there are none that exist >.<
