Actually, you can get off of the island in star 4 of Tiny-Huge Island. There is a warp in one of the corners.

you can get off that island by standing right were the singale coin is its a telaporter and it puts you right back to the pipe next to the pirania plant

I've noticed some differences in this island compared to the N64 version:

-Klepto's not on the isolated platform.

-Giant Goombas have deep voices.

-The wind blowing on the bridge of Windswept Valley is blowing to the side (the N64 version has the wind blowing against you, which makes the race harder in that version).

-Wiggler does not fall into the abyss when he is defeated in the DS version. Plus, he has new textures and expressions.
