@BBNoob3 I'd say see them, dislocation can be due to one weak muscle group which won't hold the joint in place.
I have a similar issue, my inner quads can't keep the knee cap in place so I have poor tracking for squats and running. When you fortify that and bring it up to speed you should find it easier to progress.
Your lefs are pretty big & have definition too! If they seem 'small', it's in comparison to your upper body, which is excellent already. Actually, your overall proportion is good, but legs are the motorhouse of the body, so it will be great to see your lower half develop further:)
