  • actually your legs look proportional to your body... not bad dude!

  • just bring out definition with a cheeky bit of clen to reduce fat. It's easy as hell to get hold of too.

  • Keep working out in gym and legs will grow to similar size as other really impressive bodyparts.

  • @raven01uk i have not yet been to the doctor about it. i thought i would just man up, but if I'm getting serious about training i need to know I'm in the best condition so I'm going to get looked at soon.

  • @BBNoob3 I'd say see them, dislocation can be due to one weak muscle group which won't hold the joint in place.

    I have a similar issue, my inner quads can't keep the knee cap in place so I have poor tracking for squats and running. When you fortify that and bring it up to speed you should find it easier to progress.

    Won't be a fix but will help speed things up.

  • Legs look fine.

  • Your lefs are pretty big & have definition too! If they seem 'small', it's in comparison to your upper body, which is excellent already. Actually, your overall proportion is good, but legs are the motorhouse of the body, so it will be great to see your lower half develop further:)

  • Quads dont look weak. Squats will build them up more.
