Wow this information is very effective. i have ptsd and i immediately started to feel better just by watching and listening to the info and its nice to know that somebody out there who understands it and knows how to overcome it, it makes so much sense. Thank u so much for posting this.
... what a load of bs. I've lived in "NOW", and focused on making it through the day, not looking back. In fact, I didn't even have memories of my two years of psychological torture and sleep deprivation for four years. I am just starting to receive treatment for my severe PTSD, 14 years after it happened. Living in NOW didn't help me at all. Both my psychiatrist and my therapist are focused on going BACK to the incident, reliving it, to try and heal me. Living in "NOW" sure helped me a lot.
Did you experience Vertigo and after time the Vertigo ceases to only having light headness? This is what happens to me when I recall my amnestic memories (I'm a dissociate who has PTSD). For me I need to dwell on my memories and once my Vertigo ceases I begin to behave like this video explains (NOW) and then the memories eventually become bygones meaning I no longer think about them.
Hi doof1025, thank you for your kind words! Thank you for taking the time to hear me out and thank you even more having the self-love required to better yourself.
good video ....the affirmation that has helped me is "i am willing to let go "
