Regardless of which side you're on, abuse of power must be denounced. In this case it's the power of the majority abusing its power of consensus to influence the law by suppressing a minority with it. The majority, even a minimal majority, has the right to use that power. But with that right, as with every right, comes the responsibility to not be abusive with it. The hypocrisy factor involved boggles the mind. 5 *'s for having the courage to expose the abuse of power and peaceably fight it.
