How to remove XP/Vista/Win 7 Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware/Home/Total/Internet Security 2012

I couldn't open up anything, and I was very frustrated about it. I didn't want to pay $70. I really thought my computer was infected, and at last I was able to open the internet and find how to get it off for good. Thanks so much for saving my computer from my dad stealing it for me ruining it!

I can live with it! I can get on facebook and other internet sites like youtube and watch videos even though it says that I need flash player 11 and MSN, Steam, etc. Thanks for making the video though... If you're computer screen went completely blank like mine did. I pressed Alt+ctrl+delete then went to processes. check any processes that have 3 letters and .exe on the end (mine was qld.exe). Check how long ago it was created and if it was around the same time you got the virus, end the process. Then press file, run and type in Explorer, and run it. That's how i got all my computer back and ready for google searching on how to get rid of this damned thing!

I seriously appreciated and for all my windows 7 buddies when he is explaining to remove the program go to Local Disc > Users > *User Name* > App Data > Local > then delete the program he wants you to delete... make sure to have "show hidden files, folders and drives" checked or else this won't work.. @XB0XFR34K the only way I got it off was to do a system restore, virus would not let me do anything, so I had to restart my computer, hit F11 key for system restore and click on a date or time you did not have the virus, and have it retore, it worked for me but im not sure it will work for everyone.

@Cienfires1989 / Just a tip I would write the name of the exe file. Application Data is not an actual folder, it is a Junction. A Junction is a shortcut that redirects files and programs to a different location; Try this Just as he direct access C: then Click on the folder labeled User. Then Click on the folder with your computer's username. Then click the folder that display "Appdata" . Select the Local folder . There you will find your nasty viral exe file he is explaining to delete.

Last question:

when you remove the viruses with MalwareBytes, it says you have to restart the computer to remove the threats, and it prompts you to. But you say click no, and then exit the program. Then it says you can now restart your computer, but do you do it when MalwareBytes tells you to, or when you click no, exit, then go to start and restart?

Below worked for me. Start computer in safe mode, f8 upon start-up. Click on safe mode with networking, will take a while to boot up. Open browser and download malwarebytes. Once installed, run full scan in safe mode and it will remove this complete BS program.
