I got out once a month and hit people with sticks wearing heavy armor in the middle of Florida (U.S.). I'm getting fit enough, and I have a decent memory! Your poor memory will not save you, alone!

In fact today, my regular commute was actually doubled due to a mix up by my absent-minded supervisor, so I ended up doing about 14.2 miles today! Damn! I'm gonna the king of the future world!!!
Here, in America, the illiterate, the lazy and the witless breed like mice! You can't swing a dead cat in most parts without hitting a trailer park, a pregnant teen or a church! I have trouble remembering things because while I'm going to the store for some cheese I am also thinking up a cure for cancer! So, I get to the store, walk in; "What the hell did I come for?"
The only way your DNA is going to go on and evolve, is if you have unprotected sex with a woman and create offspring. Now go on, go get some. No matter how fit you get, you will not contribute to evolution until you blow your wad into a pussy. Go and get laid.

Eugenics is great idea. But unfortunately politically impossible. And not very human i suppose.

My genes will definitely survive for the future. I am very fit in the sense you described!
