This is why I respect Don Allen. HE EXPOSES NON PROFIT SECTOR CORRUPTION. Everyone else takes their perceived virtuous good intentions at face value. Yet they spent half a billion dollars since 2002? And all that happened was a bunch of vacant houses were bought up by NPO developers for pennies. Now they want to "educate" unborn kids. ..
