Let me get this right, Article 8 is being abused by letting in people who are bad for our way of life. May thinks this is not a human right, so the entire act should be scrapped, yet she says section 8.2 clarifies "the right to family life" is not a full right, which is her only argument for removing the act.

So if the human rights act is already clarifying what she's saying, then surely it shouldn't be scrapped, courts should pay more attention?

the biggest issue of the last election for votes was immigration. we know that labour love immigrants more than the existing population , and the conservatives were elected because they said they would sort it out. if they can i think they can enjoy office for a very long time as they will have built a trust with the British people, i think they are trying to do this but are being block by the human rights act. so it must go as it is preventing our democracy in this country British billof rights
