Back in '94 I was still in 5th when I picked up this game from a bargain rack at a local Babbages. At the time it was a freaking awesome ride of a game. You could tell the voice acting was done in-house... but it added to the overall rustic creepyness of the game. One of the most frightning parts to me was the strange voices you hear from turning on the radio in the old rundown car in the garage.

This game (which is available at some abandonware sites) is totally worth playing for some hours

It's a pretty creepy game. Based on the art of HR Giger (the guy who designed Aliens), it's about a guy who has an alien baby implanted in his brain. If you let it hatch, it destroys the world.
