@winstonsims1234 I don't have a horse in the Auburn/Alabama race, but for the following reasons, it's gonna be tough for Auburn to get that W: (1) Alabama is going to be VERY good this year, especially on defense, (2) Alabama is going to have payback on their minds after blowing that huge lead against Auburn last year, (3) the "Cardiac Kids" won't have Cam Newton to bail 'em out this year. But despite all this, Auburn had some very nice recruits and the game IS in their backyard. We'll see.

i will never forget that fake punt... we had em on the ropes and then stoops got us with the fake and then the bomb! great games! no denying OU was better but bama played their hearts out both years! Wish they would set up another home and away series! that would be awesome!

that was an awesome game. what a call by stoops on the fake punt. then to go deep on the next play and hit it was priceless. we had three NFL receivers on the field. Clayton, Bradley, and Brandon Jones . that was a great home and home series. i went to the game in norman and i have to say that the alabama fans were the best fans that i've come across from a visiting team. very knowledgeable and gracious folks.

As fate would have it, I moved back to Oklahoma (to Norman) two months before a probation-saddled Bama came to town. I worked off of Hwy 9 and on Wednesday before the Norman game I saw 3 Alabama RVs pull in front of me. The previous regular-season record for registered RVs was 65. Wednesday, Bama had 82. At kickoff, Bama had 310.
