I just passed a breath alcohol test administered by the Texas DPS... after 14 beers. Before you call bullshit, I had 14 beers over a period of 4 hours and was pulled over right after leaving the bar. I did the stupid human tricks and failed miserably due to the fact that I have a bad knee and cant balance very well or walk heel to toe very well. He then gave me the breathalyzer test and I blew a .66..... the alcohol limit here in texas is a .8..... He had no choice but to let me go. YAY!!!!
why do we have to prove innocence? when does the use of a breathalyzer conflict with privacy rights? breathalyzers display a score based on correlation, not an actual measure of alcohol consumption. these breathalyzers are being used in schools by uncertified personnel (teachers and principals) to force children at school events to use this device. Although these devices are accurate, they are not precise. A small amount of students at schools will fail the test without consuming alcohol.
What a lot of properganda there is about the breathalizer can be beat if you know how. and i do
