@Pinkstonnaked Every Alton Brown recipe I have ever made turned out amazing. He really tells you what pretty much everyone else does wrong, and gives you a real scientific reason why its wrong.

@xdoseonex the only thing i have ever seen him do wrong was add too much sugar to his tomato sauce. That's one mistake out of however many hundreds of recipes he's done. That's a good ratio.
