The Arrangement is very nice , but I have to say, that the baglama performance is very bad. You can see it at the faster parts very clear. The Tempo there is 160 and there he goes simply out of rhythm. Although this is a problem of Cetin Akdeniz too, he can't play the fast part in the right rhythm.
I would strongly suggest to include also Gencebay in your list of baglama developers as he provided baglama techniques with a great contribution over the last 40 years. On the other hand, I am sure that the artists you have in your list perfectly agrees with his contribution to the baglama.
