I don't think the guy at 2:17 (bandana, no shirt) is River. The chest moles are in the wrong place and it looks like this guy as a cleft in the chin and different eyebrows.

I discovered him when I first saw Stand By Me in english class and I wondered "who is this amazing guy?" so I look him up and when I descovered he was gone I felt something I had never felt before..loss and it hurt but he is in a better place now I only wish that when I die I meet him and get to tell him how much he means to me Face to Face and tell him that when I was alive he was how much he meant to me
