Crystal Screwball is a commercial use library track, composed by Steve Jablonsky which would explain the similarities between it and Aisles of Miles of Smiles.
Although the music may sound similar to the music in Sims 3 it is actually from a library piece called Crystal Screwball. The Sims music was composed specifically for them.
i saw this on TV, and i like things like aquariams and i love little penguins, but all i could think about was the sims 3 lol

@MelbourneAquarium I think there are talented musicians in Melbourne that need work, for future reference.

I've never heard of Crystal Screwball. This music isn't just similar, it's exactly the same.
But it really doesn't matter because EA has given rights to use their game music in ads and such. :/

This piece is taken directly from the Sims 3 soundtrack. All you have to do is download the song from iTunes. I did.
The song is "Aisles of Miles of Smiles" composed by Steve Jablonsky on the Sims 3 soundtrack.
It is EXACTLY the same song.
Take a listen for yourself.

Agreed, this IS the Sims 3 music, I was playing it not 5 minutes ago, and it's absolutely, 100% that music.
