I love Shawn! She's my insperation not only in gymnastics but with everything else in life. I mean she's always happy! Like with the second last clip of her (The vault) when she messed up she came up and smiled. I mean if I did that I'd be so fustrated. Shawn is amazing :) Hahaha

the way she gets off the bar at 1.48 is REALLY dangerous! one time one of the girls in my team got off that way after some strength work, and she fell back and hit her head on the lower bar. it got her benched for 3 weeks and she couldnt train for nationals

thats exactly what i was going to say!!! I train 31 hours per week and seriously only like 10 of those hours is when I throw hard tricks and actually work properly on my routines!! its all strength, running, flexibility, new stuff, and fundamentals!! where do you train and how many hours p/w?

yep gymnastics is fun but its REALLY hard I am myself a gymnast and you always have to go over your fears. its a lot of mental. and theres also injuries =/
