To disconnect from one's past completely is to avow never to dwell on experiential data - something fundamental, as far as this human is concerned!
Regret, loss, heart-ache can all naturally become transcendent as long as we're open to reflect on them as they come. I don't know that we should barrel through life without any regard for the profoundly dark realm of underlying emotions.

Today's society is focusing on what we have, what we do, and where we go.
We must look our best, fit and totally stressed as we try to keep up the pace.
The HAPPY SEED, YES, YES, YES the most valuable seed we must appreciate and cherish.
Applying this wisdom, we can overcome the challenges we face and we don't break down, looking so desperate for a quick fix, a tune up and that momentary make believe joy.
Live, love and matter.
