Old A7E, H, C, A, & B pilot: A7 had small tires and so-so anti skid. Very easy to blow tire, and especially on short or wet runways. That's what it looks like from the video, but would not rule out other causes. Yes, I experienced the thrill at least once :-)
That wasn't an emergency landing.The plane touched down normally and then one of the main landing gear tires,the left as i can see,had a catastrophic failure.Emergency vehicles such as ambulances and fire fighting trucks are standing by in every landing near the runway.That's standard procedure.

But i think that Tiger A-7 had a mishap like this one on the way back to Greece in Germany Ramstein!!
