Good morning, do you like sixties? Listen and pod cast my program " great sound of 60' s " on the site plumfm. Greeting and made blooper in rock and roll.
Salut, vous aimez les sixties ? Ecoutez et podcatez mon émission "le super son des sixties" sur plum fm. Salut et faites gaffe au rock'n roll.
@venman2 Yes, you're correct! Muff WAS the bass player for the SDG until 1967, when Winwood left to form Traffic. That's also the same time Stevie's brother Muff decided to move into the music industry as an A&R man at Island Records; hence, the demise of a GREAT group!
I think you are right. I am from Birmingham and they were always claimed to be a Brum band by radio djs in the region. The band was certainly formed in Birmingham.
It's funny, I used to know Spencer and he always gave me the idea he was ENGLISH, not Welsh. Also, he never really considered himself the band's leader..to Spencer EVERYONE in the band was the "leader", lol! :)
my husband and me loved to dance to this song we still do ,keep us alive

Drum 'n' bass before drum 'n' bass was cool...
And just remember, the crappy bands from 2053 have nothing on Neutral Milk Hotel or Pamplamoose!

He tries. British people back then tried to sound black and played american music. They made alot of money doing it though.

just wondering why oh why so many YouTuber's posting cuts-off right on the last note or last musical bar
BritBrat5O 3 years ago 2
i've been after this for a while - it is a recording of a sound-check made using only the tv crew's mics etc - hence the strange accoustics!

Ah fellow Brumy Steve Winwood is a legend...The Spencer Davis group rocked, so did Traffic and Blind Faith! Thanks for posting this vid.
