  • Hey Bhavna!!

I make this Chili Paneer twice a month... But, all the sauces you've mixed; It's not all available in India... I just add soya sauce... For making gravy I use vegetable stalk n tomato puree n season it.... when I cook Manchurian, I make Vegetable stalk... n freeze it for paneer chili....

Is this the proper way to make gravy for Chili Paneer???

  • @utdhhara

    HI

You can use whatever available in your area. I know that it is hard to find sometimes few ingredients....you can make gravy using soy sauce, ketchup, corn starch dissolve in water and also chili sauce is easily available in India...

  • Wonderful recipe...

  • Hi Bhavana, I made your version of recipe today. It was a great success. Thanks.... I used cranberry sauce instead of plum and used stir fry frozen vegetables and baby corn instead of pander since I didn't have paneer. It didn't have any bitter taste at all..... Thanks again.

  • @dvk877

    Hi

Will sure add on FB. Vegetalbe korma is already on channel. Please watch and enjoy!

  • That looks so yummy! Will make this for sure :)

  • Great recipe!!! I'm making that for sure, but I have a question how is your panner so soft? Like what I mean is when you cut your panner it is soft and cuts so easily? Do you buy store bought panner? Also do you put your panner in the frozen or the fridge? let's say if I buy store bought panner should input it in the frozen or the fridge? If I put it in the frozen should I have to leave it out in the counter for few hours? Because frozen panner is not going to cut like your dis.

  • @puja144

    Hi

I use sometimes store bought but most of the time, I use homemade. You can watch me making paneer in bread rolls, kathi rolls, When I use store bought, I keep in freezer since it kept in freezer in store. Before using I thow in water. I put whole cube in water filled container till it gets soft. Enjoy!

  • I heat oil in pan. I add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hot sauce and let it cook for a minute. I saute vegetables on high flame for.few minutes, add corn starch water at the end. That's a snap shot of my recipe. I have added ketchup in sauce sometimes. It comes out bitter every single time. I got so frustrated after many trials. I simply use ready packets of veg munchurium, add water and in five minutes it comes out perfect every time. I am excited to make it like yours. Thanks again for your help

  • @dvk877

    Hi

Recipe sounds right. Next time don't cook sauces first. Try only cooking vegetables with oil and try to follow my recipe and let's see how it comes out...

  • Hi Bhavna, i love your recipes.I have tried the earlier recipe of chilli paneer posted by you and believe me its one of my husband's favourite recipe.Keep doing the great work.Lastly i want to tell you that you look fab in this blue dress and also this hairstyle suits you a lot.Thanks.

  • @shivjiparwati

    Hi

Glad to hear all these. The earlier version is one my favorite way to make my chilli paneer but when I want to cook faster this is the another way I cook. So i just thought of sharing again. But I admit that the earlier version gives better taste...enjoy!

  • I really like this recipe... I can't make good veg. Munchurium. Your recipe will replace mine. When I make mine, it gives bitter flavor at the end. Any suggestions? I liked your blue top in video. Looks good on you.

  • @dvk877

    HI

Thanx. I never had bitter taste at end ever. Not sure how you prepare your sauce. If you can share how you make, I might be able to share. Sometimes, I also chunkey peanut butter as well. Brings great nuttier flavor. Enjoy!

  • i really love watching your show!! it looks so yummy :)

  • @debzki21

    HI

    Thanx and enjoy!

  • Hi! Bhavna... I always wanted to know this. What is paneer made of? Is tofu and paneer the same thing? And can tofu be used instead of paneer when making this meal?

  • @BROOKLYNBEAST226

    HI

Paneer is dairy product made from milk and tofu is soy product. Tofu can be used instead of paneer. You can even watch my videos how to make paneer. If you watch my bread roll, kathi roll or special video on homemade paneer. Enjoy!

  • hi bhavna whats wrong with your hand looks dark blue?

  • @vandita21

    Hi

Really? I did not see them blue...may be my blue top reflecting color on my hand..

  • Great recipe, I make a similar version with mushrooms and sometimes extra firm tofu instead of paneer, and I also use spring roll sauce instead of plum sauce as I find spring roll sauce sweeter.

  • @86peaches

    Hi

sounds great. Thanx for sharing. Enjoy!
