Two ways. You can store the user input as a variable and read to a text document and run a PHP code that reads the data from the text document and displays on the HTML page or you can store the user input as a variable and run a PHP code that uses a MySQL query to INSERT data into a MySQL database and then on the page that you want to display the content you simply query the database to SELECT data from a MySQL database. You can do this very basic.

My Brother i am glad you posted that video with all the mistakes you are making because other people will know that it's not all about being perfect but it is sometime about trial and error. let me give you a little advise about making a video tutorial especially when its something like Php. When your recording a tutorial have the code written down on a piece of paper even though you know what your doing because when you don't write it down.... eventually you'll slip up by accident and then it just looks like you don't know what your doing. It would be so much more efficient. good tutorial though.
