I have to say, that horse looks pretty stressed and a bit overworked if the sweat on it is any indication. Also, that's a terribly harsh bit...I'd be much more impressed if the training methods were gentler and you could do it without a bridle.

No actually, this method is pretty cruel but it does work. This man likes TOTAL submission. It all depends on your feelings about training, and your style. I do not agree with this style because I like to love and respect my creatures not bind them up and kick them down. I like my horses to have spirit, if a horse does not have spirit it will become depressed and wont live a very long life.
