let's see if I remember this correct. about Geodude. levitate was a fault when they made him. they later saw that geodude levitating and tried to alted him by making him jump using his arms. but that ruined geodude so they made something in between. in any case just pretend him jumpin between the scenes and then using rotation (inside his belly like a satellite) to stay in the air longer than one normally would.

it's because geodude's power lvl is over 9000! The exeggcute were walking along, or rolling, when ganondorf was doing the home run contest, he did a Bat Throw Up to Reverse Reverse warlock punch sending it at intense speeds, it ended up hitting the exeggcute which cracked that ones head and altered it's DNA from the sandbag being infused with dark energy from Ganons Reverse Reverse Warlock Punch.
