Is it real? Every time they show the lions they seem to be playing with him and he has every chance to get up. He doesn't even look afraid. Plus what the heck is the camera guy doing? Recording the reaction shots as if this is a movie? And for someone being eaten alive his friends or family seem to be doing a whole lot of nothing to help him. If this is real then its is very PATHETIC. He could have gotten up and walked away.
I never noticed the leg scene before, but what has always stuck me as unrealistic is the two-year-old crying as if he understands what's happening. A two-year-old *may* be able to focus his attention the number of meters away that the action was happening, but I don't see a two-year-old being able to understand that the lions are eating Daddy.
