@shevegen in mma there are many things that are not allowed that are characteristic of wing tsun, there is always a fool who puts his mma as an excuse to discredit the arts (mma is sporty, defense wing tsun is real)

I think too Emin is unfortunately trying to pass off Wing Tsun as the ultimate or complete system; what he neglects to tell you is he has and still does western boxing & would use it in real fight himself - yet he tells his students you can just chain punch a boxer doing combinations LOL! Strong rumours he has studied BJJ under Machados, again he tells students WT anti grappling is all you need, any good BJJ will play with a WT guy on the ground in real fight!
@CloudsBeyond that strongly depends on what your opinion of a "real fight" is... in a real fight a guy with only bjj and no standup skill would get pawned by somebody with any striking art. real fights aren't aranged competitions by teachers with rules (also set by the said teachers) they're quick messy exchanges with no set start point or referee making you start off from your corners and a bell to tell you to come out fighting.
@CloudsBeyond you certainly wouldn't know what style the other guy does in a real fight or whether he even trains and almost certainly don't know when the first punch is coming.. I'm not a botzpe fan or a wc man myself but i find it ridiculous how much people are buying into this "bjj is the best" fad.

As a fighter he has never fought anyone and ducked all known challenges (Blumming students, Bas Rutten, etc); he fought William Cheung but that was school yard scrap.
