  • FASHION VICTIMS!

  • normally i would say this insanity is brought about because this demographic is the saddest bunch of ironically narcissistic zombies in the history of man, but there is an interesting phenomenon behind "sales" and "lower prices" that make all if not most people do the strangest things. read Dan Airley's "predictably irrational"

  • 0:20 every American Apparel hast that kinda guy working their

  • 0:20 Ugh.

  • Comment removed

  • LOL my sister xD!!!!!!!!!!

0:33 to 0:44 then again at the end xD

  • wow amazing how society has degraded to this...

  • compare this tp the london riots wgere it got cancelled :@

  • Why???

  • The waiting was wayyy more fun in London.

  • OMFG.... This is silly, how the fuck can people just stay there for SO LONG!

    ITS CLOTHING!!!!!

  • Consumerism. Capitalism. Corporations.

  • oh, hipster douchebaggery. Admittedly, I have an AA hoodie that was too god-damned expensive.. but seriously, skipping classes and freezing your genitalia off for a fruit of the loom quality tee?

  • Look up at the sky, it's supposed to be blue. Really it's mostly aluminum... Search for "chemtrails". This is important. I saw it myself (my chan). Good documentaries "Dont talk about the weather", "Endgame HQ". Stop the secret spraying that poisons us...tell others!

  • LOL my brother and his friend walkingggg

    1:10 !!

  • well the deals u would get compared to the regular price in store (which NEVER GOES ON SALE) is 10x better. its a rummage sale...so its alot of defected clothing or clothes that that they want to get rid of. in my opinion the wait was horrible but it was worth it.

  • funny how the creator in the fb group disabled the comment board, he knew more negative comments were coming after the first day comment reviews

  • brings a tear to my eye. ahhh the days when i was a pre-entry-level-alt

  • Oh, but honestly, I think they just cut out half the people they interviewed. There's no way you aren't angry when you wait six hours in the cold.

  • I went. Choices were really limited compared to an actual store and a lot of the things I picked out, I didn't end up getting because of small holes or wrong sizes, but I did manage to pick out a sweater, tshirt, and some pantyhoses. Total money spent was $38.47 and total wait was 3 hours which I don't consider bad at all. So, good enough. I didn't expect a lot after all the negative feedback but it didn't disappoint either. Overall, probably a 3/5 experience.

  • Wow what a bunch of airheads.. if the lineup is like that tomorrow I'm notttt bothering.

  • I love how people go

"I like AA because you can match anything with the clothes..."

yeah that's because basics match everything!!! Waiting in line for 6 hours is not worth a couple of cheap plain t shirts when it can easily be bought for cheaper and also sweat shop free.

  • I was so excited to go at first. However after hearing all the negative feedback, I get the impression it really is just not worth it. I am honestly so turned off after watching this video. People missing school to shop for a basic tee (mind you there is a chance it is not the right size, and/or is defected) on sale? No thanks.

  • thank god i didnt gooooooo..

  • i want to go but after reading all the comments ..kinda hectic :/

  • That is amazingly sad.

I would be extremely ashamed to tell people that I had spent 6 hours of my time waiting to buy a plain t-shirt, let alone an array of plain t-shirts in different colours.

  • @jocebox you foool, theres so much morethan plain tshirts, and six hours reallly isnt that bad when you see how amazing the deals are....

  • @katherinexox101 Oh right, there's also t-shirts with polka dots and/or stripes as well; WOW! It's not like you won't be able to find something similar elsewhere that's the same--if not better--quality. Plus, no one would really know that you got it from AA either.

As for these "amazing deals", judging by what I've heard from a lot (and I mean A LOT) of people, a lot of the items had holes and/or tears in them. So it would be criminal if people didn't get said "amazing deals".

  • @jocebox yeah, theres tiny little holes and you get like 40% off....

    ps. youre ugly

  • @katherinexox101 I wouldn't call 40% off a good bargain, especially since everything at AA is ridiculously overpriced to begin with. The only reasons why I initially considered going was cos I expected everything to be at least 50-60% off and in really good condition. Also, I didn't expect to have to wait 6+ hours just to get in.

And thanks for the highly irrelvant comment. Besides the fact that you don't even know how I look like, it just goes to show how immature you are. How old are you, 12?

  • @jocebox I'd consider 12$ for a cardigan pretty good ... and 7$ for shorts..... I got like 7 things and only one of them had a hole. Idont know, maybe youre just really cheap or something but I'm pretty sure the line where I live wouldnt have been like 4 huge blocks long if it was really that bad and Im sure those 1000+ people would agreee. Andyoure welcome. And Im fifteen fooo.

  • @katherinexox101 Well, good for you. It seems like a lot of people didn't have as much luck as you in finding non-damaged items, seeing as the majority of the comments here are negative. Plus the fact that at least 90% of the comments from the Facebook page for this event were negative as well (that is, until AA had them all removed...) shows that this was indeed the case.

15? I guess that reflects even more poorly on your level of maturity. Not that I expect anything less from a kid.

  • @jocebox oh my god, you have too much time on your hands. dont you have work or something to be doing? and alright then if you havenothing better to say then go on a video that better suits your opinion because video is talking about the benefits of the sale, as u can see these people are there because they like american apparel

  • @katherinexox101 Says the person who for whatever reason decided to comment on a video that was posted ages ago. And it's called freedom of speech. I, along with the majority of the people who have posted here with the same opinion, can post whatever we want. And I have nothing against you posting your support for AA; just don't call me names just because you disagree with me. There are more intelligent ways to get a point across.

  • Thank goodness I didn't go.
