  • i really like this workout although i like the rock hard abs vid better just because the excercises are , in my opinion, easier and as effective as these

  • @idontknow9876 it's extremely effective when combined with an all natural, whole foods based diet(lean sources of protein: free-range eggs, salmon, quinoa; fruits, veggies, beans, nuts & seeds. You should see results in your volume within a week or two. There is no way to predict your fat loss without knowing your eating habits and other training. Thank you for checking out my videos! Ryan

  • I am having so much trouble doing the first plank exercise is there a modified version....im not usually one to do things modified but I keep falling over when trying to do it?

  • @ashlrose7 try doing it on your hands & knees, in a table or quadruped position

  • I just tired to do it for at least 2 mins without stopping AND FAIL, LOL, sit ups and crunches dont compare. Thanks for sharing your video. ?:^)

  • I'm just curious but would a tummy belt be okay to wear while doing these? My dad has been making me wear it while working out. Also is it good to do these after doing a cardio workout (like riding the bike machine for 25 min and acheiving 6 mil?) I like ur vids!

  • @PowerpuffButtercup1 Those belts are a gimmick, they really don't do anything. That doesn't mean you shouldn't listen to your parents! You can do this workout before or after your cardio routine. Thanks for checking out my vids

  • I wish you were my trainer! This is an amazing workout! I've had surgery on my brain and neck, so crunches are out. But this workout is perfect! You know it works, because you're sore in all the right places the next day.

  • start off doing maybe 10-15 seconds per position. start slow, set goal & you will be there in no time! thanks again for checking out my video

  • just tried them some easier than others but can sure feel it,keep you updated,i will keep with my situps aswell coz ive lost 1 half stone with them and star jumps and light workout with the weights and of cousre a diet,thanks for your help
