I have an 81 i picked up for 200 bones and its in great shape and runs like a champ...

It halllllssss my butt around and I run almost 200 lbs... LOVE THIS BIKE

looking to buy one of these. Does it have clutch and also just wondering how tall are you?

Yes these bikes have clutches and back then I was about 5'9" to 5'10", I don't have mine anymore. Got a bigger bike.

Yea that was a great beginners bike, I sold it to a lady that was wanting to learn a clutch and they took it right away.

Nice bike. I just bought a real clean 1982 XR80 and it doesn't have a front number plate. Did they all come with a front plate or did you have to pay extra for them? Thanks for any help.

Some of em' come with the number plate factory installed, others like mine didn't. You could buy one though, you may have to get a mounting kit for it if your bike doesn't have one already.

ya i have a 82 XR80 as well they all came with a number plate from the factory im pretty sure
