You could lift more if you work on your technique more. You don't use enough hip drive. The first rep was ok but the last wasn't good, too much back. Looking at your vids, if you want to compete you need to get leaner. You are holding too much body fat. Not being mean just an honest opinion.
@DdotRedd its 2.2 kilos for every pound, he must have some rediculously heavy plates then. Because most gyms dont use the metric system for weight lifting

but your comment said ''that still doesn't equal 441 kilos'' -- no one said it equaled that much.. in my gym we have 25 kg plates.. 20kg and all the way down etc.. its likely this guy is lifting around 200kg- definately more 200lbs
